Atomic Ents is the brainchild of DJ and entertainer Tom Burrell. With over ten years experience in the entertainment industry Tom is well placed to run a varied selection of events successfully across Southampton, Hampshire and the UK.
Tom started out DJing in the late 90s for a variety of weddings and parties. To further his entertainment portfolio and experience Tom departed Southampton for Europe to work for leading tour operator Thomson holidays. Throughout his five years with Thomson, Tom hosted shows at a variety of large hotels, developing his DJ experience. This allowed Tom to work with both adults and children, building his experience in developing a great music set for all ages.
Tom then went on to work for P&O cruise ships for 1 year as a DJ and entertainer. A challenging but rewarding experience, the broad range of ages kept Tom on his toes to ensure everyone’s musical taste was catered for, demonstrating his ability to adapt.
In recent years Tom and Atomic Ents have moved onto DJing clubs in & around Southampton and Hampshire. Residencies include various Tiger Tiger clubs, Babylon, Reflex, and we were recently requested to DJ at the Amber Bar in London.
The variety of venues again demonstrates Atomic Ents’ ability to tailor for each event individually whilst maintaining a unique style.
Over the past year Atomic Ents has developed its portfolio by DJing at private parties and weddings. Although demand is increasing we only use a select number of highly experienced DJs who are able to cater for children and adults alike.
With this knowledge behind us we understand that the only way to have a successful event is to appreciate exactly what the customer wants. Using our entertainment knowledge we can turn this into a reality.
Atomic Ents is a full member of NADJ. This includes public liability insurance which is essential for any entertainments company.
